10 years ago, I picked up a paintbrush for the first time.
I was really inspired by the extremely brilliant and well-known artist "The Hula" after helping at the "Street Prints Mauao" street art festival in Mount Maunganui, New Zealand.
After spending only a few days alongside him at his painting site, and falling into deep conversations, I was inspired to put down the pencil and take up painting. My goal was to paint with greater intensity and quality than I had ever seen.
A week later, I was learning the fundamentals of oil painting while seated in my brother-in-law's studio.
